UV-C Ozone Lamp

Kitchen Exhaust Ducts require a combination of UV-C and Ozone to oxidise oil & grease as well as deodorise the Kitchen Exhaust Air before being discharged.

Harnessing the power of UV-C technology, this lamp effectively eliminates up to 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, ensuring a clean and hygienic exhaust duct. Its ozone feature reaches even inaccessible areas, leaving no corner unsterilised.

We also offer UV-C Lamp without Ozone for use in Ventilation Air Ducts such as Supply Air Ducts & Aircon Ducts. Enjoy peace of mind knowing that your kitchen is safeguard against allergens and pathogens.

Kitchen Exhaust Electrostatic Air Cleaner

As the pinnacle of indoor air purification technology, the kitchen exhaust electrostatic air cleaner is effective for controlling smoke and can be integrated with UV-C Ozone Lamp and Carbon Filters or multiple units.

This cutting-edge kitchen exhaust air cleaner utilises electrostatic filtration to capture oil, grease, water vapour, odour and smoke generated during cooking. With its whisper-quiet operation, the kitchen exhaust electrostatic air cleaner discreetly purifies the air without disrupting your peace.

Activated Carbon Filter

Carbon Filters control odour through “Adsorption” by trapping the odour compound inside the activated carbon. As odour compounds passes through the filter, the porous structure of activated carbon adsorbs the molecules, effectively removing them from the air. Maintain a fresh and odour-free kitchen exhaust system.

Carbon Banks can be installed for large Ducting.

How A Kitchen Exhaust Air Cleaner Works

Electrostatic precipitators (ESPs) and UV-C systems are highly efficient devices crucial for indoor air purification setups that guarantees thorough cleansing of commercial kitchens. This dual approach not only removes fine particles and pathogens from the air, but also improves air quality for a healthier working environment.

ESPs function by electrically charging particles suspended in the air. The incoming air first passes through a filter that traps larger particles. The rest of the gas stream that includes grease, oil and smoke, is then drawn into an electrical field where negatively charged ions are generated. The charged ions attract these airbone particles, effectively moving them from the air stream. The charged contaminants flow into positively charged plates or collection surfaces due to electrostatic pressure, where they are periodically cleaned to prevent buildup.

UV-C systems complement ESPs by providing an additional layer of air purification. When airborne microorganisms, such as bacteria, viruses and mould spores, are exposed to UV-C light, it disrupts their DNA or RNA structure, rendering them unable to reproduce. Without the ability to reproduce, the microorganisms become inactive and are eventually removed from the air through filtration or settling. UV-C systems provide continuous sterilisation, ensuring that the indoor air remains clean and safe.
